The primary market is set for another active week, as three new IPOs are set to launch in the shortened week starting November 11. Although the fundraising total of Rs 1,173.3 crore for these IPOs is smaller compared to the Rs 18,500 crore raised last week, which included Swiggy’s substantial Rs 11,327-crore offering, market activity remains strong despite some consolidation pressure on equities.
Zinka Logistics Solutions IPO
Zinka Logistics, known for its digital trucking platform BlackBuck, will open its IPO from the mainboard segment on November 13. The IPO, backed by Peak XV Partners Investments and VEF AB, aims to raise Rs 1,114.72 crore. This includes a fresh issue of Rs 550 crore and an offer-for-sale worth Rs 564.72 crore at the top price band of Rs 259-273 per share. The IPO closes on November 18.
Mangal Compusolution IPO
Two other companies from the SME segment will also go public next week. Mangal Compusolution, a hardware rental solutions firm, will launch its Rs 16.23 crore IPO at a fixed price of Rs 45 per share on November 12, with subscriptions closing on November 14.
Onyx Biotec IPO
Onyx Biotec, which supplies sterile pharmaceuticals to various pharmaceutical firms, seeks to raise Rs 29.34 crore with an IPO set between Rs 58-61 per share. The public offering will open on November 13 and close on November 18.

Niva Bupa Health Insurance, another mainboard IPO, will close its Rs 2,200-crore issue on November 11. Demand has been strong, with subscriptions reaching 1.17 times the offer size.
Neelam Linens and Garments (India) from the SME sector will wrap up its Rs 13-crore IPO on November 12. The issue has been subscribed 2.38 times so far.
Upcoming Listings
Swiggy and ACME Solar Holdings will list their shares on November 13, having received solid demand with subscription levels of 3.59 times and 2.75 times, respectively. Meanwhile, Niva Bupa Health Insurance will begin trading
on November 14.
